Fisher Science Education, through a partnership with Beyond Benign and Dr. Ed Brush of Bridgewater State College, developed a multi-component module targeted for high school students that focuses on determining the physical properties of vegetable oils and the synthesis of biodiesel. The entire module includes four independent activity components complete with student procedures and worksheets. In addition, the material lists include Fisher Catalog Numbers for easy ordering. The High School Chemistry Learning Standards and Scientific Inquiry Skills Standards are identified throughout the module.
